Free art resources

Seeing how a lot of sites are becoming filled with AI slop, I've decided to search for wider range of websites, this is going to be a collection of art tools, references, and other helpful resources.
This list will be updated as I see fit, by adding new resources or removing any in case they become AI flooded. This was made possible by people on the internet who share these resources with others.
